Srimwood Furniture Return & Replacement Policy

We at Srimwood are committed to delivering high-quality furniture to our customers. Please review our return and replacement policy carefully before making a request.

Return & Replacement Policy Details

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Return Period: Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unused, unassembled, and undamaged). Any signs of use, assembly, or tampering will void eligibility for returns or replacements.
  3. Documentation: A valid purchase receipt, order number, and, if applicable, photographs of the item as proof of condition are required to initiate any return or replacement request.

Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable Items

  1. Custom or Personalized Orders: Items customized or made to order, including special finishes, colors, or dimensions, are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
  2. Discounted or Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold at a discount during clearance events cannot be returned or replaced.
  3. Assembled or Damaged Items: Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged post-delivery by the customer cannot be returned or replaced.

Inspection & Approval Process

  1. Initial Inspection: All returns will undergo a strict inspection. Srimwood reserves the right to deny returns or replacements if the item does not meet eligibility criteria.
  2. Condition Confirmation: Customers are required to submit clear photos of the item showing its condition upon request to avoid any discrepancies.

Return and Replacement Process

  1. Contact Srimwood Support: Customers should contact us at +91 8149699886 OR srimwood@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
  2. Approval & Shipping Instructions: Once the request is approved, detailed instructions for returning the item will be provided.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by Srimwood.
    • Replacements: For approved replacements due to defects, Srimwood will cover the shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Srimwood reserves the right to deduct any additional fees for non-compliance with return instructions.

  • Any attempt to return items that do not meet our eligibility requirements will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
